Since I started my business I have always booked out days in my diary to work on my business. I call them my BOSS DAYS.
These days have created so many amazing things in my business and ramped up my excitement and energy for what comes next.
There is no better feeling than knowing you are absolutley BOSSING IT!
Our four step BOSS DAY process:
EXPLORE - CREATE - PLAN - BOSS IT
Taking a boss day can make all the difference
Staying on track and getting results means taking time to work on your business but it's not always easy to find that time. Having a designated space in your diary for it will help. This is why I created the Masterminding BOSS Days.
BOSS days are about working on your business, not in it. They help you create roadmaps, understand what is needed, how you will do things, as well as getting the support to overcome those challenges that might be getting in your way.
I run these BOSS days every quarter, to make sure we are taking the time we need to work on our businesses.
This is a masterminding day too, which means we are working collectively and tapping into the hive mind! Sharing our thoughts, ideas and challenges whilst helping each other come up with amazing solutions to keep us moving forward.
We will be getting together on Friday 31st March at the fantastic Wyboston Lakes (Bedfordshire). The day starts at 9:30am and we will be bossing it until 5pm.

Our 4 step process
EXPLORE
We start our day by exploring all those ideas and thoughts that are flying around in our heads and make sense of them. Taking time to think about our options and potential, whilst establishing what we want from our businesses.
CREATE
Step 2 is all about pulling it together and creating our purpose. We will set our objectives and the goals that sit beneath them. We will be masterminding our issues and looking at the difference ways we can get the results we need.
PLAN
The 3rd step in our process is planning. This involves setting out our 2023 objectives and understanding what needs to happen to make them come to life. Looking at what resources and support we will need to reach our milestones.
BOSS IT
Our final step is Bossing It! This means implementation and nailing down our first set of activities. We will also look at what will be needed from us. Looking at our skills, mindset and everything in between. The hot seats will help us overcome those initial challenges.

By the end of this day, you will be clear about where you are going and why. You will have a roadmap of how to get there and understand how your activities and focus will create the outcomes you want.
Getting out of your usual space and into a new environment with like minded business owners will not only help you focus but give you time to really think. I will guide you through so you don’t get lost using my 4 step process.

The pop-up Facebook group will help you keep this momentum ignited and offer you support so you don’t fall at the first hurdle. This amazing group of business owners will inspire you and I’m sure some great business friendships will form.
